Our ADP students were put through their paces with Australian Diamonds netballer Liz Watson taking them for a HITFIT session. Our students participated in the high intensity circuit which included a range of netball, speed and agility activities.
We were then fortunate enough to sit down and have a chat with the superstar netballer who gave our students an insight into what the life of a professional netballer looks like and how she goes about juggling their sport, work, family and social life
