Compass School Manager is an online portal which can be accessed by school staff, parents and students, to carry out a range of tasks and increase the level of communication between the College and home.

The Compass School Manager Mobile App can be downloaded via iTunes and the Google Play Store
Currently, parents of students at Kambrya College can use Compass to
- View their child’s end of semester report
- View their child’s progress report and see their GPA score (including a history of GPA scores)
- View their child’s attendance information including any unapproved absences
- View their child’s timetable including any special events (for example, excursions)
- View their child’s chronicle, an online journal of comments by teachers
- View a College news feed of important information which is relevant to their child
- Advise the school of any upcoming absences they are expecting their child to have (for example, for medical appointments)
- Provide consent and pay for excursions and other special events
- Email any of their child’s teachers
- Make bookings for Parent-Teacher Conferences
Currently, students at Kambrya College can use Compass to:
- Access electronic resources provided by their teacher in class
- View their own end of semester report
- View their own progress report and see their GPA score (including a history of GPA scores)
- View their own attendance information including any unapproved absences
- View their timetable including any special events
- View their chronicle
- View a personalised news feed
In the near future, additional functionality will be enabled within Compass including the ability for students to submit learning tasks to their teachers and receive real time feedback on their work.
